At TheEliteWalk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return & refund policy.

🔹 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

✅ You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product has manufacturing defects or wrong items were shipped.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Footwear that has been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products without original tags, packaging, or receipt.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Log in to your account on TheEliteWalk.com.
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
  3. Click “Request Return” and fill out the form.
  4. Our team will review & approve the request within 24 hours.
  5. Once approved, you’ll receive a return pickup confirmation (for prepaid returns) or a self-shipping address.

💸 Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the product.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/Paytm.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Free Pickup: Available for select locations (conditions apply).
  • Self-Ship Returns: Customers may need to ship the product back (return shipping cost may apply).
