At TheEliteWalk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return & refund policy.
🔹 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
✅ You can request a return if:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product has manufacturing defects or wrong items were shipped.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Footwear that has been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Products without original tags, packaging, or receipt.
🔄 How to Initiate a Return?
- Log in to your account on TheEliteWalk.com.
- Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
- Click “Request Return” and fill out the form.
- Our team will review & approve the request within 24 hours.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return pickup confirmation (for prepaid returns) or a self-shipping address.
💸 Refund Process
- Approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the product.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/Paytm.
📦 Return Shipping
- Free Pickup: Available for select locations (conditions apply).
- Self-Ship Returns: Customers may need to ship the product back (return shipping cost may apply).
